Professional Background
Tony spent the first 20 years of his career in leadership roles as corporate counsel at industry leading cybersecurity companies, including VeriSign, Qualys and ForeScout. He has managed legal teams and applied a business-focused approach to meet commercial needs, guiding these companies through their successful IPOs. Now in private practice, Tony brings a business-centric focus to early-stage start ups, helping them scale and transition from costly, board-centric outside counsel to efficient, cost effective commercial support. He integrates AI tools to enhance efficiency, such as accelerating contract reviews and refining AI-drafted documents, ensuring clients receive high-value, forward thinking guidance.

Camelot has a broad background and extensive experience as a Contracts Manager reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements - both inbound and revenue -for companies such as AT&T and VeriSign.
Professional Background
As a Contracts Manager, Camelot worked on many different types of commercial arrangements, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, end-user license agreements, IP licensing, statements of work, commercial leases, not-for-profit arrangements, event planning, advertising, and channel reseller agreements.
